U.S. (Airborne) T-7 Parachute Assembly And Harnass 1945 - Nice Used Condition

A textbook example of the iconic U.S. Aiborne T-7 Parachute assembly and harnass. The T-7 parachute assembly was standardized on March 13, 1944, but did not see service in-theater until late 1944. The T-7 Parachute was widely used in Operation Varsity in march 1945 in Northern Germany. This T-7 assembly is in nice used condition. Clearly marked and dated July 1945. The assembly is original fitted on the parachute harnass. The original quick release is present and in good working order. Some parts of the rigginglines are present where they have been cut off from the assembly. The Parachute is makers marked Standard Parachute Corp. San Diego California.
