The Reconnaissance Corps, or simply Recce Corps, was a corps of the British Army, formed during the Second World War whose units provided reconnaissance for Airborne and infantry divisions. It was formed from infantry brigade reconnaissance groups on 14 January 1941.

U.S. M1942 Garand Bayonet Makers Marked PAL Dated 1942 - Nice Used Condition
A nice used example of a M1942 bayonet. The bayonet comes with original used scabbard. The Bayonet compromises a shortened M1905 bayonet and therefore strictly spoke being a M1905 E1 bayonet.
The blade is clearly makers marked PAL and 1942 dated, as well as being U.S. marked, and marked with ordonance mark.
