U.S. (Airborne) Friction tape. Unissued and unopended in its original cardboard box. The box is present but somewhat delicate due to its age. Yet clearly dated March 1943. Friction tape would typically have been used by U.S. Paratroopers to strap in loose ends of equipment such as the suspenders.
