British (Airborne) Rare White Container Parachute Complete With Lines - Nice Used Condition

A British (Airborne) Container Parachutes. Used for various types of containers such as the Type C, Type H, and Type CLE (MK3). The parachute is fitted in its original canvas bag which is clearly marked "White". One piece of canvas and hook has been displaced. Furthermore the release pin and original lines on the parachute are still present. The parachute is executed in the very rare and hard to find white colour. The colour of the parachute was often used to indicate the general category of contents, although the colour codes could be changed between operations for security reasons. For the Battle of Arnhem the colour white indicated medical supplies as content of the container. A very complete and excellent condition, of this rare piece of Airborne equipment.
