Rare U.S. 1st Model Tanker Jacket - Nice Used Condition

Extremely rare 1st Model Tanker Jacket i.e. Jacket, Winter, Combat, P.Q.D. Spec. No. 26—was the very first version of the U.S. Army’s iconic “Tanker Jacket,” and was introduced in February 1941. The jacket was part of a three‑piece Winter Combat Uniform (jacket, bib overalls, and a knit “helmet”). The defining feature of the 1st model are the Large, open‑top pockets. The jacket is in overall nice used condition with some clear trace of use, however with excellent condition wool cuffs and collar. Fitted with a textbook and full working "Talon" zip. No visible size markings yet a decent mannequin size. Hard to be upgraded.
