Luftwaffe LKp S101 Summer Flying Helmet - Nice Used Condition

In excellent yet nice used condition. This Luftwaffe LKp S101 Summer Flying Helmet. Introduced in 1938 and fitted with the improved Siemens communications and sound insulation. Fitted with a long wiring lead with a 4 pin plug fitted marked BLKvFL 27560. Fitted with Mi4b and LN26779-2 marked throat microphones. Fitted with two labels. The top label is named to Siemens and marked below Baumuster LKp S 101 and Ln. Nr 2661. The second label is marked Striegel & Wagner Kom. Ges. Lichtenfels/Bayer Ostmark and size Grosse 54.
A very nice and likely pre-war manufactured Summer Flying Helmet as could have been worn during for instance the Battle of Britain. Highly attractive and would be hard to upgrade.
