British (Airborne) MK3 Paratrooper/Airborne Combat Helmet. A nice used and textbook example fitted with webbing chinstraps. Clearly makers BMB (Briggs Motor Bodies). Dated 1944 and sized 7 3/8. The helmet has been overpainted, and fitted with original helmet netting, adding to the patina of this helmet. A very nice used example of a British (Airborne) MK3 Paratrooper/Airborne Combat Helmet as would have been used during D-Day and the Battle of Arnhem.
