WW2 British Army RAMC Blood Transfusion Dried Solution Plama Dispensing Set Tin 1943

We have managed to find a few very rare dried plasma blood transfusion sets.
These genuine metal tins contains a dried plasma serum dispensing set as used by Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) personnel for administering blood transfusions to wounded soldiers during the Second World War.
These complete transfusion kits are authentic British Army and Commonwealth issue. They were manufactured in Canada for the R.C.A.M.C. (Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps) and subsequently supplied to the British R.A.M.C. (Royal Army Medical Corps).
