U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers - Nice Used Condition

A highly desireable hard to find U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers. Iconicly used by the 101st Airborne Division in Normandy and during Operation Market Garden in 1944. We do not come across these uniforms very often anymore.
The M1942 jacket has some clear trace of wear and is fitted with an original yet washed out label I would estimate a ./36R / 38R The original "Prentige" zip,is in full working order(one of the knive pocket Zips is brokenThe and the original often displaced waist belt is present. All press studs are in full working order. The trousers are marked with a laundry number V4393 in the lining and equally have some trace of wear and age. The original label is present but mostly washed out. There appear to visible markings in either the jacket or the trousers yet both compromise a decent mannequin size. With the trousers measure around 40cm in waist and 110cm in lenght. A textbook U.S. (Airborne) M1942 Jump Jacket & Trousers with great patina.
