Anti Aircraft Command Named Battle Dress Grouping. Consisting of a 1940 pattern battle dress, side cap, pictures and sweatheart handkerchief.
Named to Artillery sergeant Frank Smith attached to Anti Aircraft Command. Frank Sith served between 16/9/1940 and 01/03/1946. The 1940 Pattern Battle Dress blouse is fitted with original label and sized 5 however with a hardly visible date. An army number is marked in the liner of the blouse. Fitted with Royal Artillery shoulder titles, Anti Aircraft Command formation patch, sergeant stripes and REME tradesman badge. An original side cap fitted with artillery cap badge and a couple of photos of which one a group picture. Complementing this grouping is a silk sweatheart handkerchief and needle pad. Embroided with the Royal Artillery crest. A very nice Anti Aircraft Command grouping with provenance and patina!
