U.S. M1 Combat Helmet with so-called fixed bale and front seam. In clear nice used condition. Fitted with a harder to find "Hood Rubber Company" Liner.
With the textbook disc glued in the crown of the helmet and marked HR for "Hood Rubber Company". These liners would haFitted with original leather chinstrap. ve been produced between fall 1942 and fall 1943. The helmet shows some clear age and wear yet has an attractive patina.
