British (Airborne) Silk Escape Map C/D In Waterproof Wallet - Nice Used Condition

British made yet issued to both British and U.S. Paratroopers during both D-Day and Operation Market Garden. These escape maps were printed double sided on silk so could be folded and hide when captured and would be water resistant. Both sides C and D compromisng Holland, Belgium, France and Germany, South East France and part of Switzerland. The map comes in its original waterproofed wallet. In equal nice used condition. Clearly makred "Maps Only" intended for maps C/D and E/F. Increasingly hard to find with this wallet.
