U.S. M1 Hood Rubber Company Captains Liner - Nice Used Condition

U.S. M1 helmet liner manufactured by Hood Rubber Company. The liner retains most of its original paint. With the textbook disc glued in the crown of the helmet and marked HR for "Hood Rubber Company". These liners would have been produced between fall 1942 and fall 1943. Initials and a number have been applied in the liner.
The liner has been period applied with a Captain rank insignia on the front of the helmet.
A highly attractive Captains Liner by a lesser encountered manufacturer.
