M40 ‘beaded’ Luftschutz Steel Helmet Q64 Berlin 1939 - Unissued Condition

M40 helmet with a rim (‘Beaded’) for a member of the German air-raid protection (Luftschutz). The helmet is in excellent and unissued and/or very light used condition. Fitted with an original leather liner sized 57. The helmet shell is marked Q64 i.e. makers marked Quist and sized 64 (Q64). Furthermore marked "Eigentum der Reichshauptstadt Berlin 1939", adding to the patina of this helmet. A stunning M40 ‘beaded’ Luftschutz Steel Helmet that would be hard to upgrade.
