WH (HEER) "Matching numbers" K98 Bayonet And Leather Frog - Nice Used Condition

An attractive and nice used WH (HEER) K98 Bayonet And Leather Frog. Knife and scabbard compromise matching numbers (6527) and the blade is clearly makers marked DDL (Remscheider Hobelmesser-Fabrik, Josua Corts Sohn, Remscheid) and 1941 dated. The bayonet frog is in equal nice used condition with the makers mark being visible, yet readible. We recently recovered this bayonet and scabbard from a local bootsale in the Arnhem area but have no further provenance. A stunning nice used Battle used K98 Bayonet and frog with matching numbers.
