Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm C Type flying helmet in nice used condition. This helmet is executed with three goggle straps on the rear which indicating this as a wartime produced example. (later examples were fitted with five straps). Part of the contract number is still visible, the size mark No. 4 is clearly visible i.e. a large size. In the liner the flying helmet is named to a "D.W. Cramond". All zips appear in full working order. A nice used Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm C Type Flying Helmet with a great patina!
