British (Airborne/Commando) Bergen Rucksack 1942 - Nice Used Condition

British (Airborne/Commando) so-called 1942 Pattern Tan coloured "Bergen" Rucksack. The Bergen rucksack was favoured as it could carry a heavy load and still be comfortable. Initially used by the British Commandos on operations in Norway and the French coast, but later by troops such as Glider Pilots in operations such Overlord in Normandy 1944 and the Battle of Arnhem. This particular Bergen is in nice used condition with some clear trace of wear but overall complete. Makers marked Nesta Ltd. clearly marked with the Broad Arrow and 1942 dated.
