British (Airborne) Rifle Valise 1945 - Unissued Condition

British Airborne Forces Rifle Valise, in green felt cloth with webbing straps. The falise is clearly makers marked GS&S Ltd and 1945 dated.The rifle valise was intended to protect the Lee Enfield 303 rifle during the jump. Complete with the rope which ensured the rifle would be on the ground first, followed by the soldier. In unissued condition with some minor damage on the felt due to age yet overall in excellent condition. Hard to be upgraded.
