British (Airborne) Medic Shell Dressing Bag. Clearly marked with the Red Cross. The make is in overall nice used condtion. Makers marked B. Ltd and clearly Broad Arrow marked. The date is hard to read yet appears to me as 1944. The bag is complete with a variation of wartime bandages. Including shell and first aid dressings as well as more unusual burn and mine dressings. Boots makers marked Sal Volatile, Boots Medicated Wound Dressing, Dyspepsia tablets, tourniquet and Iodine swabs. Most items are dated between 1934 and 1944.
