British Pioneer Corps Sergeants Battle Dress 1943 - Original Mounted

Found recently in a private house clearance and purchased from the founder. This stunning original mounted Battle Dress has never been in collectors hands before.
The Battle Dress is mounted to a Pioneer Corps Sergeant in the Eastern Command. Fitted with printed insignia and sergeants stripes with thick applied tooth paste. This was a common practice in order to let the stripes stand out. The lanyard has also been thickened and whitened. The battle dress itself has some minor damage due. War Department marked and stamped with the letter "N" indicating 1943 being the year of issue. The blouse compromises a size 10 and is makers marked R.S.D.
A true piece of history and hard to find such full original mounted Battle Dress.
